Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programmes within the organisation
- Train staff members
- Conduct orientation and training sessions
- Create multimedia resources for training purposes
- Conduct performance reviews
- Prepare a training budget
- Create classroom-type demonstrations and lessons for staff members to learn their roles
- Provide logistical support and resources for training programmes and development
- Conduct education training for continuity
- Evaluate organisational systems and their effectiveness, and propose improvements
- Assist with the development of strategic plans
- Observe and provide feedback to staff/managers
