Job Description:
- Oversees daily operations of sales team
- Helps set and meet sales goals for organisation
- Communicates with upper management to develop sales quotas
- Generates sales leads for sales representatives
- Manage and direct regional, local, and global sales campaigns
- Hiring and training new sales staff
- Conducts market research on product and service performance
- Creates sales plans and targets for different regions
- Tracking and analysing sales data
- Advising clients and distributors on organisations' sales policies and SOPs
- Maintaining client relationships and forming new industry connections
Specific Skill Set Required:
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
