also includes aspects of employee relations, payroll and benefits and staff training. Human resource managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organisation. Graduates are required to have clear knowledge of business management and administration, as well as know how to deal with people and have an understanding of corporate and labor law, planning, and
