Job Description:
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations
- Plan menus for regular dining and special events, promos, etc.
- Create the best dining experience for customers
- Ensure that food health, hygiene, and safety standards are being met
- Implement and adhere to quality control measures
- Oversee management of budget, supplies, and inventory
- Promote food and beverage products and services
- Hire, train, and manage floor staff
- Manage schedule for work shifts and payroll
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, supplies, and work areas (kitchen, dining floor, etc.)
- Deal with any complaints regarding customer service or food quality
