Job Description:
- Create menus in line with restaurants' cuisine
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to determine menu pricing
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Staying updated on the latest gastronomic trends
- Direct and assist in preparing and creating meals, plating, and quality control
- Update culinary skills and techniques used
